A House for the Flavours of the South

Madras House was born from a simple thought that South Indian food deserves to be explored beyond the familiar.

Our table travels through the kitchens of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and beyond, bringing together regional recipes, family favourites and flavours rooted in memory. We stay close to traditional techniques and ingredients while presenting them with the thoughtfulness of a contemporary dining experience.

At the heart of it all is something very simple – honest food, generous hospitality and the joy of sharing a good meal. Rooted in the South. Served from the heart.

The Madras House Table

From crisp dosas and cloud-soft idlis to fiery Andhra flavours, coconut-rich coastal curries, flaky Malabar parottas and comforting bowls of rice — our menu celebrates the remarkable diversity of South Indian cooking.

Some recipes are familiar. Some may be discoveries. All of them are chosen for the same reason — because there is a story, a region and a tradition worth tasting.

The People Behind
Madras House

Madras House began with four people connected by one thing — an unreasonable love for good food.

Anuj & Priya, the people behind Sappadu in Goa, bring with them their love for South Indian food and the warmth of feeding people generously.

Tejas, the culinary force behind Madras House, translates that shared passion onto the plate – researching regional cuisines, revisiting recipes from home and creating a menu that remains respectful of where each dish comes from.

Alongside them is Remya, partner at Madras House, shaping the business, brand and guest experience that brings it all together.

Different journeys brought us to the same table. What keeps us here is a shared belief:

Good food should have a soul.

And Madras House is our way of sharing ours.
